Home & Body Care: For families with children ages 0 - 17

Must reside in Wake, Durham, or Johnston County and provide proof of residency for all household members. Acceptable documentation includes NC ID or Driver's License, current lease, utility bill, school record, or county document

Campus & Classroom Care: For College Students, Teachers, or Social Workers

Must attend or work in a school, college or university in Wake, Durham, or Johnston County and provide school or county ID.

For students living off campus, proof of residency is also required.

Teachers or social workers may request items for their class/school as well as for families in need. Please note that you will need to vet these families to ensure that they meet our requirements and provide demographics for our reference.

Community Care: 

Our organization participates in community health & wellness related events. During these events we offer hygiene kits that allow members to of the community access to items that are not available to them through our other services. Items include toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizer, lotion, lip balm, and socks. Additional items may be distributed based on availability.

We deeply appreciate your interest and want to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to apply. Please note that requests are limited to once every six months per household, with priority given to new applicants. To complete your request, all required documents must be submitted. If we don’t receive the documents within 7 days, the request will unfortunately be cancelled, and you’ll need to wait 30 days before applying again. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals for disruptive or unsafe behavior or behavior that causes delays in providing our services (i.e. multiple rescheduled pickups or no show). Thank you for your understanding.
